Who is behind control4.ie?
A team of Control4 installers and programmers working from Cork and Dublin across Ireland. Everything on this site is Control4, from new installations to support and takeovers.
Which areas do you cover?
Cork city and county first, then Dublin, and the rest of Ireland for larger projects, upgrades and takeovers.
Can you take over a system installed by someone else?
Yes, this is a large part of what we do. The system takeover page explains the survey, registration and repair steps.
Is my older Control4 controller still supported?
Some older generations no longer receive updates. A survey tells you whether yours is one, and the upgrade page explains the move to a current CORE controller.
Do I need to be there for the installation?
Not for the cabling and rack work. We need you for the walk through at handover so the scenes are set the way you want them.
What if something breaks after the install?
Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty, and Control4 Care covers support, monitoring and an annual health check beyond it.
How do I contact you?
